Postpartum Support

What's included?

• Personalized postpartum recovery plan (covering newborn care, postpartum healing, and emotional support)

• Optional prenatal visit 

• 20 hours of in-person or virtual support (booked 4-6 hours at a time)

• Unlimited text/email support for 2 months postpartum​

• If overnight support is desired, the package will be $1000+HST 

• Overnight support can be scheduled 6-8 hours at a time
