Refund Policy

At Bump Fit Doula, we are committed to providing high-quality support, fitness coaching, and guidance throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds except under the conditions outlined below.


1. General Policy
   •    All purchases of doula services, fitness programs, coaching calls, and digital products are non-refundable.
   •    Payments must be made in full before services begin or payment plan must be established.
   •    No refunds will be issued for partially used or unused services, including cancellations, changes in personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with results.


2. Missed Birth Policy
   •    As a birth doula, I make every effort to attend your birth. However, due to the unpredictable nature of labor, there may be rare cases where I am unable to attend (e.g., due to multiple overlapping births, emergencies, or rapid labor).
   •    In the event that I miss your birth and it was not due to client miscommunication or last-minute notice, I will offer two free postpartum doula sessions (to be scheduled within six weeks postpartum).
   •    No refunds will be issued for missed births.


3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds or service credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following rare situations:
   •    Medical Emergency: If a client experiences a medical emergency that prevents them from using the service (e.g., extended NICU stay, medical complications), services may be rescheduled or converted into postpartum support.
   •    Provider Emergency: If I am unable to fulfill my contracted services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, family emergency) and a backup doula is unavailable, I may offer a partial service credit toward future support.


4. Fitness & Coaching Services
   •    All fitness and coaching services are non-refundable.
   •    If a client needs to pause their fitness program due to pregnancy complications or medical reasons, services may be postponed for up to 3 months.
   •    Digital downloads, workout plans, and on-demand subscriptions are final sale.


5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
   •    Coaching Calls & Appointments: 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
   •    On-Demand Subscription: Clients can cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.


6. Agreement
By purchasing any service from Bump Fit Doula, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
